Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in Oracle database administrator.
• Minimum diploma in computer science or equivalent.
• Have certification on Oracle or MySQL would be advantages.
• Fast learner and can adapt to new technologies related to databases.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Can work effectively in a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Can work in shifting manner.

Responsibilities:

• Day to day activities of database administration like daily activity checklist, monitoring performance and utilization.
• First Layer (L1) of service request, complain handing and incident handling.
• Resolve requests/incident within SLA using the SOP given.
• Coordinate & escalate any new/unknown request/problem to L1 team lead.
• Create documentation for related activities e.g. document of database maintenance, document of daily activity checklist.
