Co-Founder & President Commissioner
Indra S.A. Pattiasina is a business and technology leader with over three decades of experience spanning digital transformation, enterprise technology, cybersecurity, and innovation across Indonesia and ASEAN.
He holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from The George Washington University, USA (1990–1992), as well as double bachelor's degrees—a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Strayer University, USA (1988–1990), graduating cum laude in both programs.
Indra began his career in Presales at Sisindosat, a sister company of Indosat, where he first worked alongside Roberto B. Sangka and M.T. Gayatri — the colleagues who would later become his co-founders at Metrocom. He then moved to Singapore as Marketing Manager at Sequent Computer Systems, deepening his exposure to enterprise technology and business development across the region.
In 1998, drawing on that shared foundation, Indra co-founded PT Metrocom Global Solusi together with Roberto B. Sangka and M.T. Gayatri. He has guided the company through every stage of its growth since — as Director (1998–2003), then Chief Executive Officer (2003–2020) — and today continues to shape its strategic direction as Co-Founder and President Commissioner.
M.T. Gayatri
Co-Founder & Commissioner
M.T. Gayatri is a business leader with extensive experience in company management, human resources, and organizational development.
She holds a Master of Management in Human Resources from Prof. Dr. Moestopo University (2004).
Gayatri began her professional journey at Sisindosat, a sister company of Indosat, as one of the company's early members, taking on leadership roles across the Oracle Training Center, HR & General Affairs, and Procurement & Legal — where she worked alongside her future Metrocom co-founders, Indra S.A. Pattiasina and Roberto B. Sangka.
In 1998, drawing on that shared foundation, Gayatri co-founded PT Metrocom Global Solusi together with Indra S.A. Pattiasina and Roberto B. Sangka, serving as the company's first President Director. She has since continued to guide Metrocom's strategic direction and organizational growth as Co-Founder and Commissioner.
Roberto B. Sangka
Co-Founder & President Director
Roberto B. Sangka, also known as Bobby, is a business and technology leader with over three decades of experience in enterprise IT solutions, IT consulting, and business management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, minoring in Electrical Engineering, from Washington State University, USA (1998).
He began his career as a Consultant at SGV Utomo / Andersen Consulting, working on the Bank Exim Jakarta project, before joining Sisindosat, a sister company of Indosat, as part of the company's early team, where he worked alongside his future Metrocom co-founders. He later expanded his international experience in Singapore, first as Project Manager at Summit Pte Ltd on the BAKUN national accounting system project, then as Manager of MIS at NovaSprint Consulting.
In 1998, drawing on that shared foundation, Roberto co-founded PT Metrocom Global Solusi together with Indra S.A. Pattiasina and M.T. Gayatri. He served as Technical Director for over two decades and today continues to drive the company's growth, innovation, and strategic direction as Co-Founder and President Director.
Pontas Pane
Commissioner
Pontas Pane is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in corporate governance, financial management, strategic planning, and organizational leadership. With a strong background in executive management and advisory roles, he brings valuable perspectives in strengthening business operations, risk management, and sustainable growth.
Throughout his professional career, he has held various senior leadership positions across multiple organizations, developing deep expertise in financial strategy, organizational management, and corporate oversight. His broad experience enables him to provide strategic guidance in supporting business transformation and long-term organizational development.
Today, he contributes his leadership experience and strategic insight to support Metrocom's continued growth as Commissioner.
Agus Subekti
Sales Director
Agus Subekti is a business and sales leader with extensive experience in enterprise technology, IT consulting, business development, and customer relationship management. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Food Science from Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB) in 1993.
Throughout his career, he has held various leadership positions across technology companies, including PT Wahana Datarindo Sempurna, PT Terradata Computindo, and PT Primasolusi Informatika Nusantara, where he developed strong expertise in sales strategy, enterprise solutions, and business management.
With decades of experience in the technology industry, he continues to drive business growth, customer engagement, and strategic partnerships at PT Metrocom Global Solusi as Sales Director.
Refendi Panggabean
Solution Delivery Director
Refendi M. T. Panggabean is a technology and solution delivery leader with extensive experience in ICT transformation, enterprise applications, ERP solutions, and project management. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, majoring in Management Informatics from Gunadarma University in 1993.
Throughout his career, he has built strong expertise across IT consulting and enterprise solution delivery through various roles at technology and consulting companies, including PT Sisindosat Lintas Buana, ABeam Consulting Indonesia, and Metrocom Jaddi Technology. His experience spans ICT strategy, SAP/ERP implementation, business intelligence, application development, and business process optimization.
Today, he leads the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise technology solutions as Solution Delivery Director at PT Metrocom Global Solusi, ensuring successful implementation and value delivery for customers.
